1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended solely for adult guests aged 18 and over. Confirming your age on the entry page constitutes a representation that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photographic identification when you arrive.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Onyxgetaway or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
